This. ALL of this!! My sweet, you are seeing all of the reasons why I’ve stood by and weathered the attacks to household and myself. I used to worry about what people thought about me. I prided myself on my reputation and character. Now, I am of the mindset that what people think of me is none of my business. I’ve learned how to duck, dive and roll with the punches pretty well since March.
I, however, cannot sit Idly by and watch people’s constitutional rights get trampled on. That applies to anyone. Especially those who are in a position to not have the resources to protect themselves with knowledge.
I am glad you two have found safe haven. It amazes me the length people will go to cover the truth. Covering the lies is always worse than the actual act itself. You’re both so appreciated and cared for. 💖
