Not sure if there is a limit to the upload. I only used 3speak once, to upload a half hour video, no problem, though it took quite a bit of time to get the upload done. Just let it run. Make sure you have some ok internet connection, ie no drops in the connection I mean; Maybe also super low bandwidth on your side may be an issue, dont know tbh.
