Hahahaha, the times of payphones are gone in most of the countries in the world, even in the poorest of poorest countries, people run around with mobile phones. Since Android came out and the Asians creating this 50$ smartphones, there is no one anymore not having a phone. Well, sure some do not have one, but they probably will not use a payphone as well :)
