Love the "if you’re not happy with some aspect of your life, you really have two only two options: change it or make peace with it." Smart teacher you had! I go by this statement, at least when I advise others when eg in relationship problems. Owww, I think I use this on myself most of the time as well. Either accept what it is, or move on; Slightly worded differently but the same thought :)
