Since we are kids, in school taught us sciences, maths, history and subjects that apparently will help us in future. Society talk about love: love your parents, love your pet, love your couple, but when will they say to us to love ourselves?
I think that maybe it will helps in our lifes more than knowing sciences eh?
Loving yourself is the greatest revolution
The self love is even considered selfish. This kind of thinking exists because one person with that confidence can make everything possible, and the world fears that.
We should cultivate that, what a great world would be if everybody could love and trust themselves. No more fear, no more doubt.
How many opportunities have you let pass because you wasn't sure?
How many people are trapped on a toxic relationship because they love more the other person's demons than themselves?
How many people look at themselves on a mirror and hate what they see?
There are more situations like that, but just a few examples.
I think we could start a revolution, not only loving ourselves but helping others to do it. And I tell you how:
If you love yourself nobody will put you down. You always will have what you deserve because you won't accept less than that

Desde que somos niños en la escuela nos enseñan ciencias, matemáticas, historia y materias que aparentemente nos ayudarán en el futuro. La sociedad habla sobre el amor: ama a tus padres, a tu mascota, a tu pareja... pero ¿cuándo nos dirán que nos amemos a nosotros mismos?
Amarte a ti mismo es la mayor revolución
El amor propio incluso puede ser considerado egoísta. Este tipo de pensamiento existe porque una persona con esa confianza puede hacer todo posible, y el mundo le teme a eso.
Deberíamos cultivar eso, qué increíble sería el mundo si todos nos amáramos y confiáramos en nosotros mismos. No más miedo, no más duda.
¿Cuantas oportunidades has dejado pasar porque no estabas seguro?
¿Cuantas personas están atrapadas en una relación tóxica porque aman más los demonios de otras personas más que a sí mismas?
¿Cuántas personas se miran en el espejo y odian lo que ven?
Hay más situaciones como esas, pero solo algunos ejemplos.
Pienso que deberíamos comenzar una revolución, no solo queriéndonos a nosotros mismos sino ayudando a otros a hacer lo mismo. Y te diré cómo:
Si te quieres, nadie podrá derrumbarte. Siempre tendrás lo que mereces porque no aceptarás menos que eso
