I was in town of Denpasar with my family when we saw this little food stall that served noodles. It was around 7 PM. It was time for dinner. So, we decided to have diner in this little noodle stall.

Mr. Untung Solo's Chicken Noodle Stall

We sat down on the long chair in facing to a table observing at the seller as he prepared our chicken noodles.

The eeller prepared three bowls of noodles as we ordered. First, he took some noodles and vegetables and put them on boiling water in a pan. While waiting for the noodles and vegetables to bre ready, he prepared the ingredient in each bowl.

When the noodles and vegetables were cooked, he took them out from the boiling water and put them on the bowls.

He added chicken meat and salted boiled egg.

He also added chicken meat balls.

And not more than 5 minutes later, our chicken noodles were ready. The seller brought the chicken noodles to our table along with prawn crackers. Not bad for street food seller, I thought.

Some extra prawn or rice crackers.

The chicken noodle taste was great. The cost was cheap so I don't expect a lot from the taste, but the seller provided extra sauces and chilli sambal if you want it to taste to your liking. The portion was big enough for dinner. I felt full having a bowl of chicken noodles from Pak Untung Solo.
