I have been also having problem in opening dtube video. I can only watch it in the morning (my time) at about 5AM or 5PM Kentucky time (EDT) without the hiccup. During the day, I cannot watch youtube. Sometimes I just want to hit my PC monitor because I am getting out of patient.😅
