In this life sometimes people judge us differently and there are also those who judge us well so that sometimes we get a compliment from them. So from the beginning I often helped my parents in some of their jobs. I did this when I was 12 years old, and at 12 years old was a fairly young age, but I always helped my parents in agriculture. Maybe other children who are 12 years old like me are not like me who always helps both parents. I often help my parents with rice field activities, from planting rice to harvesting. Because as we know, people in rural areas may always be engaged in agriculture, be it rice plants or other plants.
In our area to plant rice in 1 year is done twice, and in land preparation activities for rice farming I always go to the fields to help my parents. When I joined them at the age of 10 and at that time the children who were the same age as me were not like me who always went to the fields to help my parents, indeed at the age of 10 I did not really understand how to prepare the fields in in growing rice. My parents always taught me slowly and when I was getting older, slowly I already knew the rice fields that had to be prepared.
At the age of 14, I started to understand rice field work and the feeling is that I always help my parents, from land preparation to games. People who see me go to their fields really salute my craft which always helps my parents. Even when I was in my hometown and talked to the adults there, of course our discussions about rice fields were very connected even though I was only a teenager who was only 14 years old. Then they also complimented me on the people there and also on their children about how I like to help my parents and be an obedient child to both parents.
In my opinion, what I did was an extraordinary activity for me because I know that I am not a rich person's child but I was only born in a simple family, so I have to help my parents. Some of the village people always praised me both in front of myself and also in front of other people. And they always tell me that I am very diligent in helping both parents. My parents are also very happy that I can help them and they are very happy to have a son who is as diligent as others get him.
When I received praise from the village people, I just said it was normal. It was only my duty to help my parents so they wouldn't be too busy preparing paddy fields for planting rice. Likewise, during the rice harvest, I always help what can I do. But during the rice harvest, there are many promotional children like me who go to the fields, but they don't go to help, they go to ask for rations from the crop harvest. the paddy. I myself am not that I don't expect anything from the harvest but I am willing to help and my parents will definitely give us rations even if we don't ask for it. That's about the praise that I can feel from several people in the village.
