Dear all #Blackandwhite community friends, do you know what species the picture I uploaded is, it seems physically very similar to a caterpillar, even if asked, people will definitely answer that this is a caterpillar.
And you need to know that these are not caterpillars, they are scientifically named Nematus ribesii. In Indonesia it is called a sawfly, perhaps the birth process is almost the same as a butterfly whose initial stage becomes a cocoon from a cocoon to a butterfly.
Likewise with this species, the first stage of giving birth is like a caterpillar, then from the circle it will turn into a beautiful insect, namely the sawfly.
Friends, at first I saw this species, I thought it was a caterpillar species, but after I searched for references, it turns out that according to the references I found, that species is a sawfly, which is very beautiful. I hope that in the future I will find the species that became this fly, or sawfly as it is commonly called. If you want to know the physical characteristics of sawflies, you can click on the name link that I have provided.
maybe that's all I can give a review of some pictures of Nematus ribesii or the birth process of Sawfly, I hope you like it, thank you, and you can see some of the pictures below.
