At this time is some different for you but in India the new year started from this time.
From this day a festival named Navratri is also started till nine days which was celeberated by Hindu relegious all over the india.
Since india is a aggricultural country so this new new year is important for all because on this day the new crop started harvesting.
These are the reason which made this time very special for all indians.
And they started as a new year.....
