I completely agree. It is demotivating for new users not to be taken into account. In spite of explaining to them that this type of work requires time, patience and that it is a work of hormiguita, many new users abandon their accounts when they see that they are not taken into account. It's a good thing that the @ocd team is always looking out for the growth of everyone on the platform!
