Excellent ant work you guys are doing. Searching for small communities and supporting users with impeccable publications that are not taken into account as they should, is quite a strong work. And sometimes these small communities, I'm not saying they give a vote to all the posts that come out in their community, but they could at least leave a positive comment to the users. That lack of empathy is what often makes one not want to post in a certain community.
