Our local farmers here are selling their products cheaper than usual so it won’t spoil or go to waste. So I bought some sweet corn they were selling 3.5 kilos for 100 and since they were big, there was only 11 pieces but worth it.
I was hoping for the all purple variety but they finished fast. But these were ok.
Looks good and young but still took 3 hours to boil or maybe less.
The finished product. It was soft and sweet. Shared with everyone here. Hope there will be more again. I am hoping for the purple variety. Besides being my favorite color I am curious on how it will taste and look.
