I love doing cardio, since years ago, I wanted to be a professional soccer player, so I did a lot of exercises to improve my endurance in soccer, in the end I did not get to be a professional, but I kept nice memories and good habits, like jogging, it is something that gives me tranquility, relaxation, clarity, happiness, endorphins! Although I had a hard time jogging because I've had a flu for several weeks, a cough that bothers me, but I think running did me good, although I got nauseous and I almost vomited... Hahaha otherwise all good, this is my favorite park, here I usually exercise, it is one of my places where I feel fulfilled, here in this park is in front of the museums square, a science museum and an art museum. The park is very nice visually, it has sculptures, a fountain, a children's park, and soccer fields. If you are interested in jogging or exercising you can write me and one day we can go to this park or we can go to another place that you recommend, or we can go up the mountain El Avila.

To finish, I walked until I caught my breath.

Ready at home relaxed.
I recommend that you have habits of exercise, eat well, sleep, in the long run brings benefits, be careful with alcohol and drugs, in the end that does not bring anything good, better to invest time in you and in things that are productive, meditation, reading, interacting with quality people, you become that quality person, take care of your thoughts because that's where your words, actions, character and habits come from.
It is not necessary to make an exaggerated routine, always go at your own pace and although exercise produces some pain is a pain that in the long term brings more pleasure, the stoics in their philosophy explain that pain is a teacher so you have to know how to choose, a short-term pain such as exercise brings long-term benefits, however the short-term pleasures bring long-term pain, also that although exercising at first hurts and is lazy, then it becomes fun, peace and tranquility that generates care is even more satisfying.
