This is very interesting and i must also say it is a very nice illustration to actually to talks about the current downvoting issue ,just like my mother will say you don't take your neighbor to court and think you can still be friend when you are back,just as you don't downvote a user and still expect such user to be happy about what you did,I rather believe that users should be corrected when ever they make mistakes at first and can later be dealt with if they refuse to retrain from such act,you won't gain anything in Downfall of your fellow individual
