Will test pardon command on other banned / suspended user. if you were suspended or banned I am sorry, there was a bug in username extraction leading to multiple users defaulting to @ Unknown which is a handle that belongs to an actual btc scammer, and i had just built my admin ban / suspend function and was quick to pull the trigger before investigating
