Lisk Core Migration

Lisk Core v1.0.0 is a hard fork which includes several changes. A height was picked in order to proceed with a simultaneous global upgrade. This way the probabilities of creating forks are lower.

The flow to properly migrate consists of four main steps:

Check configuration changes
Migrate your config file
Migrate Passphrases
Automate the upgrade
Enable forging (optional, just if you need to forge)

This Core release comes after an awesome visit to Amsterdam from the Lisk team!

"#Lisk πŸ’™'s #Amsterdam! We're humbled by the reception we've received, both by our loyal community members, as well as dozens of potential business partners, future users and #blockchain enthusiasts we got to share our passion with. One more day of #BlockchainExpoEurope, let's go!"
