I recently joined Steemit (if not obvious) and wanted to know the reasons why you (everyone) chose to join Steemit.
Was it the Cryptocurrency aspect?
Are you in a non-US country and this is a possible alternate means of income (Steem is closely tied to the USD)?
Do you think Steemit is the next Facebook and you want to "get in" early?
Do you think it's just a cool idea?
Do you want to move into a forum with the possibility of higher levels of compensation for content creation?
