On this occasion, I was walking with some friends, taking advantage of our free time this weekend. Since we were on a very open avenue and the sun was beginning to set, certain clouds started turning a very bright reddish and orange color while the sky was a very dark purple as night was falling. We all took out our phones to snap photos, because during these very rainy seasons, the sky tends to take on a very reddish tone on the horizon when the sun goes down. Even though the rains don't stop during the day, in the afternoon there is always a great sunset to appreciate, and this occasion was no exception.
Walking along a wide, unobstructed stretch of the avenue provides a direct line of sight to the horizon as daylight fades. The contrast between the heavy rain clouds lingering from the day and the sharp burst of warm color on the edge of the sky creates a distinct visual balance. Pausing together with friends to capture these sudden shifts in the atmosphere is a routine part of making the most of a weekend break.

En esta ocasi贸n me encontraba caminando con unos amigos, aprovechando que est谩bamos libres durante este fin de semana. Ya que est谩bamos en una avenida muy abierta y el sol comenzaba a ocultarse, ciertas nubes empezaron a ponerse de un color rojizo y anaranjado muy brillante, mientras el cielo estaba de un color p煤rpura muy oscuro ya que estaba anocheciendo. Todos aprovechamos a sacar los celulares a tomar fotos, ya que estamos en 茅pocas muy lluviosas y el cielo tiende a ponerse de un tono muy rojizo en el horizonte cuando cae el sol. Aunque las lluvias no cesen durante el d铆a, en la tarde siempre hay un gran atardecer por apreciar, y esta ocasi贸n no fue la excepci贸n.
