Hello Hive Gamers! Today I bring you the third chapter of my campaign in Great Conqueror 2: Shogun. Picking up right where we left off in the intense Battle of Okehazama, things were coming down to the wire and the pressure was officially on.

Continuing from the previous skirmish, I successfully wiped out the enemy units that had dared to push into my castle's territory. With the home front secured, I decided to push forward and venture a bit deeper into rival territory to hunt down the very last enemy unit required to complete all my mission objectives. I spotted a large contingent of rival archers holding a defensive position, so I immediately coordinated a pincer movement, surrounding them with my cavalry, Yari units, and my own archers.

I hammered them with relentless attacks, striking over and over again without giving them a single second to breathe or regroup. However, right in the heat of battle, I checked the status screen and realized a disaster had struck: the Imagawa clan had successfully breached and captured the eastern allied Oda castle! This was a terribly bad sign because once they finished off the remaining eastern Oda forces, they would consolidate their power, pool their massive forces together, and come straight for my position next.

Realizing the danger of an impending two-front onslaught, I rushed my troops and wasted zero time tearing through the trapped enemy archer unit. It did not take long before I managed to completely decimate that stubborn pocket of resistance, triggering the victory screen and finally winning the match! It was an exhilarating finish, but the tutorial is far from over—I still have two more campaign missions standing between me and the grand sandbox conquest mode I am dying to unlock. ¡Hola Gamers de Hive! Hoy les traigo el tercer capítulo de mi campaña en Great Conqueror 2: Shogun. Retomando la acción justo donde la dejamos en la intensa Batalla de Okehazama, la tensión estaba en su punto máximo y la presión era evidente.

Continuando con la escaramuza anterior, logré derrotar por completo a las unidades enemigas que se habían adentrado en el territorio de mi castillo. Con la retaguardia asegurada, decidí dar un paso al frente y adentrarme un poco en el territorio del castillo rival para cazar a la última unidad enemiga que me faltaba y cumplir con todos los objetivos de la misión. Rodeé a un gran contingente rival de arqueros combinando mi caballería, mis lanceros Yari y mis propias unidades de arqueros.

Los fui atacando una y otra vez de forma coordinada, sin darles un solo respiro ni tiempo para reorganizarse. Sin embargo, en pleno fraguar del combate, me percaté de una pésima noticia: el clan Imagawa había tomado el castillo aliado del Oda al este. Esto era una señal muy alarmante, ya que al derrotar por completo a los aliados del este, los enemigos juntarían todas sus fuerzas para venir directamente a por mí en una avalancha imparable.

Sabiendo que el tiempo se agota, me dispuse con rapidez y sin perder ni un solo segundo a destruir por completo a la gran unidad de arqueros enemiga. No pasó mucho tiempo hasta que pude diezmar ese último ejército rival y ganar por fin la partida. Fue un cierre bastante emocionante, pero la aventura apenas comienza: aún me esperan dos partidas más de la campaña antes de poder desbloquear de una vez por todas el ansiado modo conquista. ¡Nos vemos en la próxima entrega!
