Once you buy a crate, the blockchain confirms you own a crate, but it does not know what NFTs are inside that crate. When you open the crate, the NFTs are then minted based on the odds of the drop rates. This means there is not a set number of Overlords or a set number of Legendaries that will be chosen. Instead, if the algorithm chanced you upon the 0.005% of Overlord all 5 times, you would get 5 Overlords (which is not likely to ever happen). Even within each classification, it is a random NFT within the classification. For this reason, we do not know how many of each NFT will be generated. Some NFTs within each classification may be rarer than others within the same classification as the system mints the cards randomly. As they say in The Hunger Games...
