My day was fun, as I woke and hurry to dress up for class, I thought I will late for the class, but to my surprise I met my friends outside discussing, shouting on top of their voices, I gat no option than to join them.
As if that was not enough, we went in side to continue again, the argument was much, it last for 2hrs since the lecturer was not around to take us.
Our Argument base on:
1. The Government should legalize gun for every one.
2. If war should start in Nigeria, who will win between Yorùbá and Haúsá?
I was supporting that the government should legalise gun, their will just be a rule that will guide it, because people cannot be slaughtered in their houses helplessly. So what we need to do is to liberalise gun control.
Let everybody own a gun so that when you are coming to my house, you will know that I have my own gun while you are coming with yours.
I said that the only advantage the criminals have over their victims is the guns and weapons they carry.
If the government could do that, the killing, burning, destroying of property by the criminals will reduce.
Actually, that was my point for the argument 1 but some against it, they said the country will turn to mess, killing here and there will be the main top news if government should do it.
The second argument doesn't cause us much time, because majority supported Yoruba.
The yourba people had there local weapons in excess, they have what to use to prevent themselves from been killed by gun.
Yeah! Different people with different thought.
