The situation in the world presently has made some members in this community forgot where they are coming from. The introduction of PoB to newbies always sweet and sound very easy but as soon as they start with introduction post and you tell them to wait for 7days before they can get the reward, immediately they get tired of it, especially when they are rewarded with low PoB. 
I have registered two new members this week and maybe two also last month, I always made them to understand that, Proofofbrain is just an opportunity, for you to share us what you have and get your reward in return.
But most newbies get frustrated when they Crack their brain to post and get no reward, just like some one i invited yesterday, came to my side and complained about how 117 curators up voted and yet he still had just 8 PoB, I just need to calm him down because have seen the frustration in his eyes, so I've to explain some things to him because he was frustrated already.
This community is a place where new members are coming every day, and there is no increase in number of curators /investors, already the old members are complaining of low up vote less alone when we have more people in the community, now it survival for the fittest.
What can solve the problem is to delegate, delegate can stand in the middle so that the equation will be balance and the newbie will sees reason to stay and be active in as much they are rewarded in their day to day post.
Since the majority, of the newbies are looking for daily income and all fingers are not equal, they have that thought of money making here, and since their expectation is not met, think that's reason most don't post nor active.
Think delegation will help too and also we should orientate them before they start to write their introduction post
