I am hoping what it also means is that for a 20 dollar post, most of the curation will go to those who got in before the bid bots and one can increase steem power just by curating and not necessarily posting, but it still means that you have to have significant steem power to make anything. But yeah, even when I get curated I don't make 20 dollars on a post, not since the heyday. I think we have to start thinking of the bid bots as promotional devices that get you seen by more people and not a way to make money on here. To make money you have to own a bid bot. And with free downvoting, those people who bid bot complete garbage risk losing their investment and without gaining the exposure. I think what we will see is more in-blog advertising, sponsorships and stuff. There will be almost no upvoting on post after say 15 minutes because most of curation is already spoken for, unless you are a big fish and then you can get some of that back. I am hoping I missed something but no ... bloggers will not benefit here simply by blogging. But If I were you I wouldn't pull out. You have a pretty good stake and Dtube loves you. You may do better than most.
