Number 1 looks just like the Guamúchil (Pithecellobium dulce) fruit! The paired leaves are another clue! It should also have small thorns. I'm almost completely certain that's what it is in the picture! I have a small tree in the states that I grew from seed. The red flesh is edible and it should have large black seeds in it. The fruit is sweet and rumored to cause flatulence due to it "cleaning you out" haha.
