Thank you for the explanation. The only issue that I have with @azircon's post is that he has a stated goal to take away @lucylin's POB rewards and I am not sure that his goal is justified. I think this post is only an effort to help him in that goal, but that is my opinion based on his stated goal and obviously not something that the voting system would recognize.
