Because this project rewards those who are putting a lot of effort in making contribution to the platform . Most of the other upvoting project focuses on enlarging the rewards of the delegators but my main focus is to reward those who put time and mind to improve the platform quality .

Ok, after reading that, I can see how It could be a big help for tribes. Right now we are a small tribe and there is only the one token but next week there will many more and hopefully a big growth spurt in users as people see the token trading. My hope is to encourage POB engagement by upvoting lots of comments myself and giving big upvotes to deserving comments to start a culture of the same. But even so I would still consider delegating to this to further increase engagement and to be more consistent. Do the comments get the upvotes or do the winners get upvotes on their posts afterwards? Is there any HIVE behind the upvotes or potential for that or just the delegated tribe token?
