Actually, after reading your post I changed the issuance to match Bitcoins. I'm a little embarrassed that I hadn't done all the math and hadn't realized that it would leave so many tokens unissued. Anyway, I think it is better now for making it exactly like bitcoins. No point in reinventing the wheel.
