Today I played around with my ink and paper. The outcome was a happy human with his musical headset. For most of us, music is some sort of theraphy and a compassion....we barely can do without it.
I started out with a rough sketch of the human, then spiced it up with lots of floral designs. When i was satisfied with the sketch, i painstakingly smeared the ink across the different areas.
Over time, the drawing came to live. Even at an incomplete stage, you can tell what the picture is all about. I combined thousands of strokes to build the various shades. I chose just black and red ink for the whole journey.
At first i presumed i had used just an hour to clear it all up, but I was wrong. Even 2hrs was damn too small to get this done. Though i dont know the exact time it took, but if i was asked, I would sum it up to approximately 3hrs.
I think I have more time on me these days, I plan on doing more paintings and stuff, the only problem i get sometimes is our bitchy internet connection.
I purposely left some parts of the work unattainded to because of some unknown reasons. All i know is that, those blank areas helps to pattern your focus on the subjects of the work.
Finally i made a huge circular border around the work to give it an artistic feel, then a few tweaking and twitching on snapseed to get a glossy effect....Am sure you loved it, leme know what you think in the comment section.
