The process is really tedious, getting a visa is very difficult. The easiest way it to secure an academic admission in your country of choice, also not very easy.

And then there’s the money barrier, the currency here is really terrible so it’s very expensive to pay for anything in dollars.

I’m working on it though, looking for a way out.
