I haven't seen the movie yet to give a full opinion on it like I'd want to and see if it's truly good or bad. They pulled it from theaters when I went to see it with a friend... just two weeks after its release 🫠🫠

What I can say is that Milly is great and I'm sure she gave it her best. She was very good in House of the Dragon, I liked her and in fact, it gave me high expectations—which I still have—to see her as Supergirl 😃😃

Now, what I can mention because the numbers are out and we can compare them, is that Superman was by no means a success like you claim in your review. The proper word would be average, because I don't know what you're basing it on to say it was a success 🤔🤔

And being so average to bad solidly affected Supergirl's performance, because she appears there in Superman precisely to generate hype that it didn't deliver 🫤🫤

It was marketed that way at first, but now it's noticeable that this house of cards can't stand on any side because of how bad it was. The same 2016 Suicide Squad you mentioned beat a 2025 film at the box office, and that's without counting inflation 😅😅

I agree that exaggerated cuts are killing their own films and they've been doing it for a while now, not just with DC. I think they did it with The Matrix and others too 😵‍💫😵‍💫But in this case, I think the failure lies more on Gunn right from the start.

Aun no he visto la pelicula para opinar a plenitud como quisiera del film y ver si en verdad es mala o buena, me la quitaron de cartelera cuando fui a verla con una amiga.... apenas dos semanas despues de su estreno 🫠🫠

Lo que si puedo opinar es que Milly es bien y seguro dio lo mejor, ella estuvo muy bien En House of The Dragon, a mi me agrado y de jecho me genero muchas expectativas, que aun tengo, verla a ella como SuperGirl 😃😃

Ahora lo que si puedo mencionar porque ya los Numeros estan y los podemos comparar, es que Superman para nada fue un Exito como afirmas en tu reseña, el termino seria regular porque no se en que te basas para decir que fue un Exito 🤔🤔

y el ser tan regular a mala solidamente afecto el desempeño de Supergirl porque ella sale alla en Superman precisamente para generar hype que no cumplio 🫤🫤

Se vendio asi al inicio pero ya es notable que esa torre de naipes no se sostiene por ningun lado de lo mala que fue, la misma Suicide Squad del 2016 que mencionas le dio paliza en taquilla a un film del 2025 y sin contar la inflacion 😅😅

De acuerdo en que los cortes exagerados estan matando sus propios films y lo hace desde hace rato, no solo con Dc, pienso con Matrix y otras mas lo hizo tambien 😵‍💫😵‍💫

Pero en este caso el fallo pienso es mas de Gunn desde el inicio
