Regarding what you mentioned, I think that’s one of the reasons why there’s so much unfair toxicity from fans of a work when it’s adapted for the big screen. I think what should be respected is the essence of the characters when they come from books—though, of course, that’s very subjective, haha. I once read a review of a Saint Seiya movie, and what I concluded was that the person really just wanted to see the comic. As for me, I have no problem with creative liberties as long as they’re done well 😊😊

Personally, I thought Pierce Brosnan was great as Dr. Fate. Despite his drastic change over the years, he still has a commanding presence—I saw him in that role as if nothing had changed, haha

Sobre lo que comentas puenso es una de las razones por las que hay tanta toxicidad injusta por parte de fans de una obra en el Cine. Pienso que lo que se debe respetar es el nucleo de los personajes cuando vienen de libros, claro esta eso es muy subjetivo jaja. Una vez lei criticas de un film de Saint Seiya y lo que conclui es que la persona queria en realidad ver la comiquita, en mi caso no tengo problemas con libertades creaivas si se hace bien 😊😊

En mi caso vi a Pierce Brosnan bien como Dr Fate, a pesar de su cambio radical por los años, sigue teniendo buena presencia, en aquel personaje lo vi como si nada jaja
