Oh yes my friend...we can't always judge a place - specially restaurants/cafes/hotels - only based on reviews online!
Many times, people who happened to have had the only bad experience among thousands people if not more, they just go angrily online and give bad review without realizing the harm it does to a business.

Food looks very good/fresh for such a busy place and clean/nicely plated too!
