Expected behavior
Utopian.io is an opensource steem blockchain based application which should run smoothly. All the scrollable parts and where some buttons are hidden beyond should be accessible. It should be easily and smoothly run on mobile browsers in both landscape and portrait view. When it's in portrait mode it should show drop-down menu by the side of username.
Actual behavior
Utopian.io functions are not working properly in portrait view as expected. It's only working in landscape view. When it's in portrait mode a drop-down menu with two options "Transfer" and "Block this user" is hidden.
How to reproduce
Open utopian.io in the mobile browser.
When in portrait mode we can see that a drop-down menu by the side of username including username parts is hidden and isn't scrollable.
Browser: Chrome and Firefox
Operating system: Android OS6.0
Device: Mi Redme note 4

When opening utopian.io in the mobile browser in portrait mode we can't see parts that are after programmingh and it isn't horizontally scrollable.
When we open it in landscape mode than it works fine.
