so basically what i am saying in a nutshell is if you can get the poison out of you thru walking it off it will go straight to your feet after this drains you'll be a different person for a while years even before you start to clearly get to function with all of your brain power and capabilities you have been cheated from in life. other people in life seem smarter than you or me because they are they have not been subject to any of these poisons to have them dumbed down but when they drain out you become a lot more powerful than anything they have achieved in life because you know answers to everything because everything speaks to you clearly without complicating things on you the answers are just easy and clear and usually telepathically sent to you without having to do anything at all the answer pops up because we already lived so many lives on earth we already know all the real answers because we basically are all a computer mind which can be erased or uploaded so everything on earth is already in us just we don't have capabilities to open up everything at a high frequency when you drain that stuff out of your feet you'll feel the frequency throughout the process won't give you full capabilities but you will start to understand and see what i'm talking about when you start to move the poison out of your body the way i said by walking 10 hours a day for a week.
