Basically states what this topic is about.. But at least Bill Murry in the movie, can go change things to his likeing, well so can we .. as with everything,we the people.. will have to do something about it, to change/stop/bring down .. what's going on. So now the Global Elite are so happy are they..?? To be in control of the Weather in any part of the world which that want to target.So they can for example.. constantly bring on one type of induced weather to a region ,by haarp man made clouds and other systems of weather mod's.They could have rain/cold/and totally overcast sky's day and night 24/7 for 365 days a year...and have no day's with clear blue sky's and sun...If they want to pick on you and single out your country or region of the world. And we know how bad this is for all ecosystems and us as well..not to get any proper days of clear sky's and sunlight.They have basically done this all through 2016 to now in my region as a Test I think...ang 99% of the people have no idea at all what has beengoing on... The weather beaurea people and news have been paid off... and all they can say is ... ( and not give reasons for the bizarre weather)More rain and overcast and cold... ALL NEXT WEEK...AND THE WEEK AFTER THE SAME>>> THEN THE NEXT SAME... SAME>>SAME... Ground Hog Day Weather Forever if they Want?? Well if no one stand's up to protest or do something about it... it will be..PLEASE SIGN THE PATITION ON MY OTHER THREAD AGAINST. WHAT DOES THE HAARP MAN MADE CLOUD SYSTEM MEAN APART FROM CONTROLLED WEATHER..? IT MEAN'S SLOW KILL. YOU ARE BREATHING INCONSTANTLY THE TOXIC HEAVY METAL PARTICLES IN THE AIR. WOULD'NT YOU WANT TO DO SOMETHING ABOUT THAT KNOWINGYOUR SLOWLY GETTING KILLED OFF.. WE CAN NOT LIVE WITH A GAS MASK ON... WE WERE MADE TO LIVE ON THE SURFACE OF THE PLANET..NOTUNDERGROUND..NOT IN OUTER SPACE.. LET'S START FIGHTING FOR WHAT THEY ARE TRYING TO TAKE AWAY FROM US,AND WHAT THEY HAVE SILENTLYBEEN DOING FOR SO LONG, WITHOUT THEM TELLING US..
