Second thing, I can't agree with the definition of work like you have mentioned. Different people have different perspectives as well as different opinions when it comes to describing a term. For example, if I do a job, it is work, if I do household work which is almost baseless or Okaj, it is also considered as work. If people are putting effort, giving their time to do something, or building something I consider it work. Because time is valuable and the way of doing work can be different according to people. It's just a perspective, some can see some can't, it depends...
