Life is a journey where we all have to face good bad situations. When we face the worst situations, we broke down and somehow want to quit. But those who overcome the toughest situations of life, become stronger and become more mature because life is a learning curve and the worst situations will make you stronger.
Just look around and see how people are fighting for their survival and how much strength they are when it comes to talking about mentality. They are mentally strong and they don't break so easily because they know that this situation will go away soon...
