People say that our surrounding atmosphere always affects our mind and body and put a great impact psychologically and physically. For example, gloomy, dark days always drain our energy and we feel lazy, weak, and sleepy. We are habituated with daylight so when the outside is dark, our mind and body think that it's time for sleep. A good environment helps an individual to pure the soul. Spiritually a human is involved with his surrounding.
I never paid attention to these small things. I was thinking yesterday that there is a huge difference between my present and past. Past means 4 years ago; somehow my lifestyle was different and I had no idea about my surrounding incidents and never understood that my mental and physical situation both are involved with my surroundings.
A good and beautiful place always put a great effect on human psychology. We feel good and relaxed when we see something good and pleasant, our body and soul respond differently according to the atmosphere... I have already given you an example.
I love myself and as a first step of showing love towards myself, I take pictures to make me feel good. I am not self-obsessed but a good picture always reminds me of a good moment. An incident can change our lives suddenly so some memories always keep us alive. I love wearing good clothes and explore new places, I feel good when I am close to nature or find something interesting to enjoy. It is not necessary that you have to be close to nature always, exploring modern architecture and designs boosts my confidence and reminds me that I am an architect... And that moment I feel good...
Doesn't matter whether I am wearing expensive clothes or not, what I am absorbing for myself matters in the end...I am adsorbing good moments of life by framing them.
Have you ever tried to feel the cold ice, have you ever tried to listen to the sound of Ice? Ice has a mystical sound, winter has a sound only few can listen to them. It's easy to hear the sound of the birds but it's not easy to understand when nature talks to you... I personally hate cold but there is a mystical beauty hidden in dark cold days. Similarly, colorful and revived nature has a song, we are unable to listen to it.
