Hello co-steemian's this pic was taken few hours ago as I prepared meals for dinner. This food is known as "guso" in the Philippines. Basically this is belong to the seaweeds family and this is being prepared through salad type. Many people love this and I am one of them. Aside from being a source of food for humans, "guso" can be one of the materials to make any kind of plastic wares.
