I can’t stand my Samsung Galaxy A14 overheating oo…I will just switch off the data and leave it to cool down. The major reason why this happen is too much pressing without allowing it to rest. But when I notice it getting heat up, I just put it down until it cool down. That usually makes me afraid, though. lol
