Wow. So sad but that’s the situation in our country. They don’t take such leave with all seriousness because they feel they are needed in their work. Also, I guess there are people who have abused it and thereby implicating others of not getting theirs approved even when the situation is very serious like that of this Doctor. Not everyone is concerned about their employees’ health.
