This is beautiful to read from a fellow passionate teacher. I also became fond and interested in teaching right from my primary school years as I would teach my siblings and now, I love children and proud to be a teacher. I also have my TRCN certificate which was gotten during my NCE in year 2015 and I didn't go through the induction process just like you. All the best to you in this lovely profession.
