Wow, I am still sore from my workout on Monday. Yesterday I did yoga but walking hurt. Today, yoga again and walking. I can’t wait to be back in Europe where I walk more than I do in the US. Get my steps

Went to the 10am Orangetheory class today. It was a decent class but my heart rate was up too high. This could be due to anxiety, but overall i was pleased. Then playing with the puppy outside and waking.
