I have new colleagues who joined our organization recently and are in high spirit to learn and understand the system so fast. So as a senior colleague being that they met me in the system they are always around me asking questions about the organization. Just yesterday, one of them saw me steeming and read my last post. He was surprised when I told him I make money from posting articles. He became instantly interested and requested I enlighten him.

Today we were less busy in official work so he came to meet me to put him through it. I introduced him to the steemit.com website and explained the various features showing him how to upvote, how to resteem and how to comment. I also showed him how to check who and who upvoted him.
I went further to introduce him to STEEMIT wallet using my wallet as example. I discussed the various features in the wallet including how to transfer steem and steem dollar to another steemian or to other exchange group through blocktrades. History of all the transactions and the value of steem, steem dollars including steem power were shown him.
Finally I took time to define and different the various steemit terms such as steem, steem dollars, steem power, voting power, curation etc. He is now better informed and so far he has started the process of registration waiting for approval.
