The Western world we live in is not running very well. This is the downright shit actually. This is a time where social sytem is exceeded, killing our ecosystem, inequality increases and individual freedoms diminish. It is towards more consumerism, individualism, media propaganda, war and bans to oppose.

In short, we must not close our eyes, our system tends towards totalitarianism.

We must therefore change this system or improve it.

In politics and sociology, divide and conquer strategy is used since the dawn of time with the participation of including doubt. So discord is the best way to separate people and consolidate power and influence. People that is not united has no chance to band together to fight a devilish system.

It is for us to be less stupid, more lucid and change individually to act together. If we want everything improves, we need to start by improving ourselves and act individually. Each of our choice account and it is not as difficult as you think less depend on this system and become more free.

1. Responsible consumption.

When we buy something, we give our consent for the entire process production of the product. we need ask ourself the good questions.

  • Is this good for me?
  • Is this good for the environment/us?
  • Does that favors local products ?

2. Save the environment.

Protecting the environment also means preserving our health.

Optimize your home, monitor your consumption of resources and raise awareness the youngest to do so. Trust your judgment.

3. Education.

Favor an education that promotes openness, creativity and reconciliation with nature. For the child awakens, raises his conscience and respect all life. Always with a view of tolerance and sustainable development.

4. Respect women.

Women are generally better able to protect and build than men. Their power to give life gives them a conducive instinct to make the right decisions to protect it. Do not oppose women to men, listen to them and let them emancipate themselves as they fit. Women will never dominate the world as long as there balances.

4. Solidarity.

Solidarity is an essential value in the construction of a viable and livable world for everyone. And besides it’s good.

Get involved in a cause, volunteer or donate to a charity, do things for the people around you, help your neighbor to ride his races, be generous, give to an humanitarian organization or an other good project.

5. Become activist.

Raise your voice against injustice and involve your friends. Contribute to defend a just cause and jostle mentalities. Find a way to act against what you feel unworthy and unfair.

6. Slow down.

  • You find that your days are too loaded?
  • You want to produce more? All is urgent and scary?

We must stop believing the benefit without limits requires that the time is money.

We need to slow down and taking the time to live the present moment.

Once you have your race slowed after social success, take time to accomplish you. Find yourself a hobby where you can abandon yourself to explore your true talents. This personal realization is crucial to remain lucid.

7. Be happy.

Give yourself the means to be happy.

8. Turn off the TV.

Finally, turn off the TV, where three minutes are spent for a manifestation and ten for a sport-result. No need to fall into the conspiracy theory to justify the takeover of your judgment to confirm what information is more important than the other.

Turning off the TV is certainly the most important because on its own it will trigger all other cited before.

Here, I am convinced that these small and simple acts within the reach of all, tend to a more respectful model of the human. Stand out, have the class and adopt an exemplary attitude, your actions will encourage other people to behave like you and produce a domino effect.
