ANZAC

Today is always a day to reflect, especially for an old soldier who has served on two UN missions.

Today, I did not put on my uniform , nor did I attend the dawn service. Instead I put on my work clothes and went down to help my aunt, who recently had a heart attack, the house needed a lot of work and the yard was overgrown with weeds.

I want to thank @jamessvendsen personally for helping with the yard, some of those weeds were 6 foot tall.

Anyway, we enjoyed a cold beer afterwards and chatted a while, I still owe you a 6 pack.
