Nation states or their sovereign wealth funds buying the ETF’s or Bitcoin itself would be huge. We already know of El Salvador, but how many others might already be doing so quietly? I wouldn’t be surprised if several Gulf states have been. Maybe Norway’s massive sovereign wealth fund?
