Hi everyone
My greetings to you
Hope you are doing well

Today I am going to share a few snaps of beautiful little flowers in two colors. These flowers have been grown by my Father-in-law at our house in New Delhi, as he loves gardening a lot.

These are very small, low growing groundcover type plants and they grow fast by their own. Not much care is required for their growth. These flowers bloom fully in the afternoon and they start closing their petals as the Sun start going down in the evening. They are available in many colors. Here are two colors, one is Pink and the other one is Reddish shade. These two pots of flowers have been kept in the Balcony of first floor where they can get direct sunlight for blooming well.

About the plant

Commonly known as Purslanes their Scientific name is Portulaca Grandiflora. Their other common names include Sun Rose or Moss Rose too.
They belongs to the family of flowering plants Portulacaceae with more than 100 species 馃槃 Source

They spread by their own and cover the ground very fast, if you grow them on the ground. As I told they are available in many more bright colors, they look more beautiful in their mixing colors.

Thats all for now 馃槉
Thank you
