A few days ago I clicked this beautiful flower during one of my visits to the nearby park. Thanks to my daughter that she keeps me taking to all the nice places nearby. As she is a lover of outdoor activities, my evening generally spent outside of the house with her.
About the flower
Hibiscus belongs to the mallow family, Malvaceae.
It is also known as some other names like Rose of Sharon, Tropical Hibiscus, Hardy Hibiscus.
The species of this genus are known for their large flowers and commonly known as 'hibiscus'.
A tea is also made from Hibiscus flowers and commonly known as Hibiscus tea served cold as well as hot. Source
